Ep 13. Black Lightning

The Cisco Kid season 2 episode 13, named "Black Lightning," follows Cisco and Pancho as they discover a group of bandits who are using a stolen safe to rob banks. In the end, Cisco emerges victorious and the bandits are brought to justice.
