The Boss Baby: Back in Business season 1 episode 12 is titled "The Constipation Situation." In this episode, the Boss Baby must deal with a big problem--constipation. It all begins when the Boss Baby eats too many gummy bears and ends up with a tummy ache. In an effort to relieve his discomfort, the Boss Baby overdoses on prune juice and finds himself unable to use the bathroom. This leads to a bit of a crisis at Baby Corp as the Boss Baby is too busy dealing with his own problems to lead his team effectively.
Meanwhile, Tim and his best friend Ted try to help the Boss Baby by coming up with some creative solutions to his constipation. They try everything from giving him a foot massage to having him ride a roller coaster, but nothing seems to work. As the Boss Baby's discomfort grows, he becomes more and more irritable, snapping at his team and even firing his assistant, Staci.
While all of this is going on, the Boss Baby's arch-rival, Francis E. Francis, sees an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. He sends a spy into Baby Corp to try and steal the secret formula for the company's new diaper cream product. The spy is successful in obtaining the formula, but the Boss Baby and his team are able to catch him in the act and retrieve the formula before it can be used against them.
In the end, the Boss Baby is finally able to relieve his constipation thanks to a little help from Tim and Ted. With his discomfort gone, he is once again able to lead his team effectively and save Baby Corp from the schemes of Francis E. Francis. Along the way, the Boss Baby learns a valuable lesson about the importance of taking care of oneself and not letting personal problems get in the way of important responsibilities.
Overall, "The Constipation Situation" is a fun and lighthearted episode of The Boss Baby: Back in Business that will keep kids entertained while also teaching them some valuable lessons. With plenty of humor and action, it's a great addition to the series and a must-watch for fans of the show.
