Figaro Pho's fear of everything gets the best of him when he develops ergophobia, or a fear of work. After receiving a rather nasty letter from his boss, Figaro's phobia is triggered and he tries to avoid working at all costs. But, as luck would have it, his fears eventually turn into reality when he ends up losing his job as a result of not being able to complete his work on time.

Determined to overcome his fear and get his job back, Figaro turns to his friend Rivet for help. Rivet, being the kind and supportive friend that she is, decides to help Figaro conquer his fear by exposing him to the very thing that scares him the most – work.

They start small, with simple tasks like sorting files and answering emails. At first, Figaro struggles to complete even the most basic tasks, but with encouragement from Rivet, he slowly starts to build up his confidence. Eventually, he even manages to tackle the more challenging tasks, like managing a spreadsheet and preparing a presentation.

But just when things were going well, Figaro's phobia kicks in again and he starts to doubt himself. This time, he's afraid that his work won't be good enough and he'll embarrass himself in front of his boss. Rivet tries her best to reassure him, but Figaro's anxiety is too strong and he runs away from his responsibilities once again.

Feeling defeated, Figaro decides to give up and settle for a different career path. But when he accidentally stumbles upon some of the amazing things that can come from hard work, he has a change of heart. He realizes that, with perseverance and determination, he can accomplish great things and that even the most daunting tasks can be broken down into manageable steps.

Fueled by this newfound sense of purpose, Figaro happily returns to work and takes on his tasks with renewed enthusiasm. His boss is impressed by his progress and acknowledges the effort he's put in, which in turn makes Figaro feel valued and appreciated.

In the end, Figaro overcomes his fear of work and learns that the reward of a job well done is worth the effort it takes to overcome his internal struggles. He also learns the importance of having a supportive friend like Rivet, who's willing to help him through his troubles and stand by his side no matter what.
