Ep 12. Fear of Clowns (Coulrophobia)

The Adventures of Figaro Pho season 1 episode 12, Fear of Clowns (Coulrophobia) follows the story of Figaro as he tries to conquer his fear of clowns. The episode opens with Figaro clearly distressed at the sight of a clown in the circus tent. He is with his friend Rivet, who tries to get him to confront his fear, but Figaro simply cannot bear the thought of being near a clown.

As they walk away from the circus tent, Figaro sees some clown shoes in a store display and freaks out. Rivet tries to comfort him, but Figaro's fear only grows worse. Figaro goes back home, where he tries to distract himself with some video games, but even there, he can't escape the thought of clowns.

As Figaro's anxiety grows stronger, he starts to see clowns everywhere he goes, even in his own house! By this point, Figaro is completely overwhelmed, and he decides that he cannot handle the fear on his own. He decides to seek help, and enlists the aid of various experts to help him overcome his fear.

First, he goes to a therapist, which helps him understand the origin of his fear. However, understanding the source of his phobia is not enough to conquer it, and Figaro soon realizes that he needs to confront his fear head-on. He decides to attend a clown school, hoping that exposure to real-life clowns will help him overcome his terror.

During his time at clown school, Figaro meets some kind and friendly clowns who teach him about the art of clowning. Figaro starts to loosen up and even begins to have some fun in the world of clowning. However, in a moment of terror, Figaro goes back to his old ways of being afraid of clowns.

Finally, as Figaro faces his ultimate fear, he is challenged by the gravest threat of all; a sinister clown named Jimmy Jinx. In the ensuing showdown between Figaro and Jimmy Jinx, Figaro realizes that he doesn't need to be afraid of clowns anymore, and he triumphantly overcomes his fear.

The episode ends with Figaro realizing that he has conquered his fear and can now live without the crippling anxiety that had plagued him for so long. He happily goes back to his normal life, free from the fear of clowns.
