The episode then jumps to Milim, who is living it up in her own private castle. It's clear that she enjoys being a Demon Lord and is always looking for something to keep her entertained. Her character is designed to be unpredictable, and this episode showcases that perfectly. She's quick to become friends with Rimuru and enjoys his company, but at the same time, she's also looking for a challenge. Milim has a reputation for devouring everything around her, and we get a glimpse of her personality in a scene where she purposefully destroys this picturesque town to stoke her own desires.

Overall, "The One Who Devours All" is an excellent episode that focuses on the introduction of Milim and the world of Demon Lords. The character development is well done, and we get to see a different side of Rimuru as he adjusts to his new power.
