In That 70's Show season 7 episode 3, titled "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," the gang is feeling a bit unsatisfied with their lives and in need of some excitement. Donna decides to take matters into her own hands and plans a surprise party for Eric's birthday at the roller disco. Eric is initially hesitant to go, but ends up having a blast once he gets there.
Meanwhile, Fez is feeling extremely left out and excluded from the group lately. He decides to try and fit in by emulating the other guys' interests and hobbies, but it just isn't working out for him. Hyde offers some advice and reminds Fez that he doesn't have to change who he is to fit in with the group.
Elsewhere, Jackie is feeling unfulfilled in her job as a television weather girl. She wants to do something more meaningful and decides to volunteer at the local children's hospital. While there, she meets a sick little girl named Ruby who ends up having a huge impact on her life.
Overall, the episode deals with the theme of feeling unfulfilled and searching for something more in life. The characters all go through their own struggles and learn valuable lessons about themselves and what truly makes them happy.
