Eric is surprised when he finds out that Donna is seeing Casey Kelso again. He's not sure what to make of it, but he doesn't want to mess things up for her. Meanwhile, Hyde meets a girl named Jill who tells him that she wants to break up with her boyfriend. He agrees to help her, but things don't go quite as planned. Jackie and Fez decide to set up a kissing booth to raise money for the homeless, but Fez gets more than he bargained for when he ends up kissing a guy.
As the episode progresses, tensions begin to rise between Eric and Donna. He's not sure if he should tell her how he feels, or if he should just let her be happy with Casey. Donna, on the other hand, is struggling with her feelings for both Casey and Eric. She's not sure who she really wants to be with, and it's clear that she's torn between the two of them.
Elsewhere, Hyde's attempts to help Jill only lead to more problems. Her jealous boyfriend shows up while they're talking, and things get ugly quickly. Hyde tries to intervene, but he ends up getting into a fight with the guy. Later on, he realizes that he might have feelings for Jill himself.
Meanwhile, Jackie and Fez's kissing booth becomes a huge success. They raise a lot of money for the homeless, and Fez ends up kissing quite a few girls. However, he's not prepared for what happens when a guy comes up to the booth. He tries to back out of it, but Jackie forces him to go through with it. The experience leaves Fez feeling confused and embarrassed.
As the episode comes to an end, Donna realizes that she's not over Eric. She still has feelings for him, and she's not sure if she can ignore them any longer. Eric, on the other hand, is struggling with his own emotions. He wants to tell Donna how he feels, but he's not sure if he should risk their friendship. In the end, the two of them finally have a heart-to-heart talk, and they come to a decision about their relationship.
