Ep 2. Sun Sanctuary vs. Mod-Rustic

In the season 8 episode 2 of Texas Flip N' Move, titled "Sun Sanctuary vs Mod-Rustic," house-flipping teams go head-to-head in a competition to see who can transform two rundown properties into stunning homes with the highest market value.

The two properties up for renovation are Sun Sanctuary and Mod-Rustic. Sun Sanctuary is a 3 bed, 2 bath home that boasts a sunroom and a large backyard with a pool, while Mod-Rustic is a smaller 2 bed, 1 bath home that features a unique combination of modern and rustic design elements.

The teams on this episode include newcomer Joe and his partner Lee against returning veterans, Randy and Casey. Joe and Lee plan to tackle Sun Sanctuary and create the ultimate backyard oasis with a pool, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for entertaining. While, Randy and Casey go straight to work on Mod-Rustic and focus on creating an open floorplan that is both modern and functional.

As with all episodes of Texas Flip N' Move, each team has a budget and just two weeks to complete the renovations. In order to maximize their profits, they have to use their creativity and resourcefulness to come up with unique design ideas without overspending.
