In Texas Flip N' Move season 4 episode 9 titled "Tuscan Villa vs. Modern Glam," the rivalry between the Snow Sisters and Casey Hester and Catrina Kidd is fiercer than ever. The challenge this time is to flip two houses in a major renovation war in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Snow Sisters take on a Tuscan villa style house, while Casey and Catrina go for the modern glam house. The Snow Sisters, Toni and Donna, are experienced veterans in flipping houses and have a reputation for their detailed and vintage designs. Casey and Catrina, on the other hand, are known for their bold and modern designs that match the fast-paced lifestyle of the current generation.

The Tuscan villa house that the Snow Sisters picked up is a two-story home with three bedrooms and two baths and has a classic look to it. The house boasts of a spacious living room with a grand fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area that has plenty of natural light pouring in. The house is perfect for someone who enjoys the charm of old-world architecture. On the flip side, Casey and Catrina picked up a modern two-story house that has a sleek and edgy look to it. The house has clean lines, large windows and minimalistic features, perfect for the young and trendy crowd.

Both teams have a tight budget of $120,000 each to get the houses into shape and get them ready for sale. In addition to flipping the houses, they must also choose what decorative items, flooring, tiles, and fixtures to use. They must make sure that they stay within their budget and come up with a design that suits the chosen house theme.

In this episode, viewers get to see the two teams brainstorm, discuss different design ideas and come up with floor plans. They also take the viewers through the demolition process and the extensive work that goes into renovating an old home. The Snow Sisters decide to open up the living room area and create a space that connects the kitchen, dining area and family room. They opt for a warm color palette and choose Mediterranean style tiles that complement the Tuscan villa theme. In contrast, Casey and Catrina decide to make their home more open, not just on the inside but on the outside as well. They choose large French doors that lead to an outdoor deck area to create an inviting outdoor living space.

As the teams progress with the renovation, they hit a few snags such as unexpected plumbing leaks and an unstable foundation. They also have to deal with Texas weather including harsh rain and winds that delay their work, causing tension and stress. The teams must remain calm and flexible as they work through the issues they encounter.

In the end, the teams finish their respective projects and eagerly await the final inspection. While they have different strengths and design styles, they both bring great personality to their respective houses. The Tuscan villa house constructed by Snow Sisters has a charming old-world allure, while Casey and Catrina's modern glam house has a chic and trendy feel. Who will win this renovation war? Only time will tell.
