In this episode of Texas Flip N' Move, professional house flippers compete against each other in a battle of creativity and resourcefulness. The challenge this time is to transform a Mediterranean-style house and two old barns into modern and stylish homes that will attract the attention of potential buyers.

The team tasked with renovating the Mediterranean-style house is led by Mike and Megan, who are known for their eclectic and daring designs. They start by tearing down the walls that divide the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating an open concept space that's perfect for entertaining. They also replace the outdated tiles with beautiful hardwood floors, and paint the walls in a warm and inviting shade of taupe. To add some personality and style, they install a custom-made chandelier in the kitchen and a statement piece over the fireplace.

As they move on to the bedrooms and bathrooms, things get a bit trickier. The original layout doesn't work, so they have to come up with a new design that maximizes the space and adds some luxury features. They decide to turn one of the bedrooms into a master suite, complete with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom. They also add a small balcony that overlooks the garden, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wine.

Meanwhile, the team assigned to work on the two barns is led by Casey and Catrina, who are known for their rustic and industrial designs. They face a different set of challenges, as they have to turn two very different spaces into cohesive and stylish homes. The first barn is smaller and easier to work on, so they decide to make it a guest house or rental property. They choose a contemporary farmhouse style, with white walls, black accents, and natural wood elements. They add a loft bedroom and a small kitchen and bathroom, making sure to use every inch of space available.

The second barn is much larger and more complex, but Casey and Catrina are up for the challenge. They decide to divide it into several living areas, including a main living space, a kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They also want to preserve some of the original features, such as the exposed beams and the metal siding, but give the space a more modern and chic feel. They choose a sophisticated color palette, with shades of gray, white, and black, and add some statement pieces, such as a reclaimed wood accent wall and a vintage industrial chandelier.

Throughout the episode, we see the teams face various obstacles, from unexpected plumbing issues to bad weather conditions. However, they never lose their enthusiasm and creativity, and always find a way to make their visions come to life. At the end of the day, it's up to the potential buyers to decide which team did the best job, and which house they want to call home.
