In Texas Flip N' Move season 3 episode 9, titled "Moldy Oldie vs. Lake House," couples Cody and Suzi and Gary and Jerry are tasked with flipping two houses.

In the first house, Cody and Suzi tackle a run-down home they dub the "Moldy Oldie." The house has major mold issues, a dated brick exterior, and a yard filled with debris. The team plans to update the exterior with a fresh coat of paint, new landscaping, and new windows. Inside, they plan to gut the house and create an open concept layout with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. However, they soon discover that the mold has spread far beyond what they initially anticipated, and it becomes a race against time to ensure the house is safe for potential buyers.

Meanwhile, Gary and Jerry take on a lake house with a great view but outdated interiors. The house has potential but needs significant TLC to shine in the competitive real estate market. The team plans to add new decks and a dock to maximize the waterfront view. Inside, they will open up the layout, add new finishes, and update the bathrooms and kitchen. However, they face unforeseen challenges when they discover unexpected water damage in the house.

Throughout the episode, the couples work hard to tackle unexpected surprises, stay on budget, and create homes that will sell for top dollar. As always, they are also in competition with each other to see whose house will sell for the higher profit margin.

With the deadline looming, both teams work tirelessly to finish their houses on time and within budget. In the end, it all comes down to the final sales numbers to determine who wins the flip.

Fans of Texas Flip N' Move will enjoy this episode's high-stakes drama, unexpected twists, and competitive spirit.
