Tell It to Me Straight is a television show. There is one person and their friends are asked to say what they would change about that person. While nobody is perfect this show seeks out people and asks their friends to tell what needs to be changed in order to make them better. The person has to hear what their friends are really saying about them. They also must decide if they will make the changes.

For the friends who are honest enough to speak up there can be a reward. If the person decides to make the suggested change the friend is given prize money.
