In the second segment titled "Not Enough Room," the Teletubbies are playing outside when they notice a cloud come over their heads, making them feel hot. Laa-Laa suggests that they go and play inside the home dome, but when they get inside, they discover that there is not enough room for all of them to play there. The Teletubbies try to solve the problem by making space for each other but find that there is just not enough room for everyone. Tinky Winky comes up with an idea, and they all work together to rearrange their furniture and make extra space. They soon find enough room for everyone to be able to enjoy playing together inside the home dome.
The episode "Honk Honk/Not Enough Room" is a great and entertaining addition to the fourth season of Teletubbies. The episodes' focus on exploration, imagination, and problem-solving make for a good learning experience for young viewers.
