The Ever-Burning Fire is the thirteenth episode of the fourth season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The episode begins with April and Casey visiting a supernatural market looking for a gift for Master Splinter's birthday. They come across a mysterious lamp that they don't know anything about but decided to purchase it as a gift.
Meanwhile, the Turtles are training with Master Splinter when they hear a mysterious sound coming from the lair. They quickly investigate and find a portal opening up in the middle of the room. The team of ninjas jumps into action to see what's going on.
They find themselves on another plane of existence where they see a giant bird-like creature being attacked by a group of lava monsters. The Turtles step in to help the bird creature, who introduces himself as Ho Chan. He is the protector of an ancient temple, which is home to the Ever-Burning Fire, the source of all flames in the universe.
The Turtles learn that the temple is in danger because the lava monsters have stolen the Eternal Flame, which keeps the Ever-Burning Fire lit. Without the Eternal Flame, the temple will eventually crumble and fall into oblivion, taking the entire universe with it.
The Turtles accept the task of retrieving the Eternal Flame to save the universe. They travel deep into the temple and find themselves face to face with the lava monsters. The fight against the monsters is grueling, and it seems that the Turtles are outnumbered and outmatched.
In a moment of desperation, Raph and Leo come up with a plan to trap the monsters in a pit, giving the Turtles a chance to retrieve the Eternal Flame. Donnie and Mikey make their way to the innermost chamber, where they find the Eternal Flame.
Just as they are about to take it back, they are ambushed by the leader of the lava monsters - Magdomus. Magdomus is a powerful lava giant who wants to use the Eternal Flame to create a new world of fire and brimstone.
Donnie and Mikey must face Magdomus in an intense battle while the rest of the Turtles deal with the remaining monsters. It's a tough fight, but the Turtles eventually manage to subdue Magdomus and retrieve the Eternal Flame.
With the ever-burning fire restored, the temple is saved from destruction, and the entire universe is safe once again. The Turtles return home with the Eternal Flame, where they present it to Master Splinter as his birthday present.
In conclusion, The Ever-Burning Fire is an action-packed episode that sees the Turtles embark on a dangerous quest to save the universe. It shows the Turtles' bravery and determination in the face of impossible odds. The animation and fight scenes are top-notch, as expected from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
