Ep 8. Never Say Xever

In season 1 episode 8 of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), titled "Never Say Xever," the four teenage mutant ninja turtles - Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo - team up with their friend April O'Neil to stop the Foot Clan from stealing a shipment of mutagen. The turtles bring the technology back to their lair, where Donatello is able to use it to track down Xever's hideout. They sneak into Xever's lair and discover that he is working with the Shredder, the leader of the Foot Clan. The Shredder plans to use the mutagen to create a new army of mutants that he can use to take over the city.

As the turtles and April try to escape from Xever's lair, they are confronted by the Shredder himself. The Shredder proves to be an even more formidable opponent than Xever, and the turtles are barely able to hold their own against him. Just when it seems like the Shredder might defeat them, they are saved by the timely arrival of Splinter, their sensei and father figure.

Splinter battles the Shredder while the turtles and April escape, but he is ultimately defeated and captured. The episode ends on a cliffhanger as the turtles vow to rescue Splinter and stop the Shredder's plans once and for all.

Overall, "Never Say Xever" is an action-packed episode that introduces several key villains and sets up the overarching plot for the rest of the season. It also explores the relationship between the turtles and April, who is an important ally in their fight against the Foot Clan and the Shredder.
