Ep 4. The New Mutation

In this episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987), titled "The New Mutation," the turtles encounter two new characters who were created by Shredder's mutagen. The first, a humanoid turtle named Tokka, is a hulking and fierce being with immense strength. The second, a wolf named Rahzar, is also extremely powerful, as well as agile and quick.

He is pleased with the creation of Tokka and Rahzar, and sends them out to cause chaos in the city.

As the turtles try to determine how to stop these new mutants, they encounter a young girl named Kala, who has also been affected by the mutagen. Kala possesses the power to control plants, and the turtles quickly deduce that she may be the key to stopping Tokka and Rahzar.

Together, the turtles and Kala set out to stop the new mutants and put a wrench in Shredder's plans. Along the way, they confront obstacles and danger, but remain determined to save the city and protect innocent lives.

"The New Mutation" is an action-packed episode that showcases the turtles' quick thinking and fighting skills, as well as their unwavering dedication to justice. With the introduction of these new mutants and Kala's powers, the episode adds an exciting new element to the series and promises even more adventures to come.
