Ep 43. Shredderville

In the season 3 episode 43 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) titled "Shredderville," the evil Shredder and Krang from an alternate dimension attempt to take over New York City by creating a city where all of the citizens are loyal to them.
