Ep 8. Invasion of the Punk Frogs

Invasion of the Punk Frogs is an episode of the second season of the animated television series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987). It originally aired on October 27, 1988.

Meanwhile, April and Irma discover the location of the Turtles' lair and decide to mount a rescue mission. They enlist the help of a group of construction workers who are working nearby.

The construction workers use their heavy machinery to break into the Turtles' lair and free them. April and Irma then inform the Turtles of Shredder's attack plan.

The Turtles and the Punk Frogs engage in a fierce battle, with the help of the construction workers. The Turtles manage to break the Punk Frogs' mind control by playing music that they enjoy.

Together, the Turtles and the Punk Frogs fight off Shredder and his army, and successfully save the city from destruction. In the end, Dr. Quease is able to use the mutagen sample to reverse the Punk Frogs' mutations, and they are returned to their normal frog form. The Turtles bid farewell to their new amphibian friends and return to their lair, ready to face their next adventure.
