Ep 8. What Makes You Happy

The third mother we follow is Catelynn, who is dealing with the aftermath of her stay in a mental health facility. Catelynn is struggling with anxiety and depression and is trying to figure out how to move forward with her life. In this episode, we see Catelynn attend a therapy session and talk about her feelings of guilt over leaving her daughter Nova while she was in treatment. She also tries to reconnect with her husband Tyler, who has been struggling with his own mental health issues.

Finally, we check in with Farrah, who is trying to balance her career aspirations with her obligations as a mother. Farrah is a businesswoman with several projects in the works, but she is also a single mother to her daughter Sophia. In this episode, we see Farrah meet with a business partner to discuss her latest venture, a children's clothing line. She also spends time with Sophia, taking her to a children's museum and trying to be present in her life.

Throughout the episode, we see each mother struggle with different challenges, but we also see them find moments of happiness and hope. Maci is optimistic about her co-parenting agreement with Ryan, Amber is proud of herself for staying sober, Catelynn is determined to be a good mother to Nova, and Farrah is excited about her business endeavors. Ultimately, "What Makes You Happy" is a reminder that even when life is tough, there are always things to be grateful for and reasons to keep pushing forward.
