Ep 4. Not Good Enough

In season 6 episode 4 of Teen Mom, titled "Not Good Enough," the episode follows the lives of the four teen moms; Kailyn, Chelsea, Jenelle, and Leah.

Kailyn struggles to maintain a civil relationship with her ex-husband, Jo, as they continue to co-parent their son, Isaac. Jo expresses his desire to have Kailyn attend his upcoming wedding with their son, but Kailyn is hesitant to attend due to her rocky relationship with Jo's fiancé, Vee. As Kailyn juggles her parenting responsibilities and her new relationship with her boyfriend, Javi, she must decide whether to put aside her differences with Vee for the sake of her son.

Chelsea continues to navigate the challenges of co-parenting with her ex-boyfriend, Adam. As she considers pursuing a career as a licensed esthetician, she must also deal with the emotional toll of Adam's absence in their daughter, Aubree's, life. Chelsea contemplates reaching out to Adam's parents, who have recently reconnected with their granddaughter, to try and form a connection with them for the benefit of Aubree.

Jenelle struggles with her ongoing custody battle with her mother, Barbara, for her son, Jace. As she plans to move into a large house with her new boyfriend, David, the stress and tension between her and Barbara continues to rise. Jenelle must prove to the court that she is capable of providing a stable environment for her son, despite the controversies that have surrounded her in the past.

Leah faces her own challenges as she copes with the aftermath of her divorce from her husband, Jeremy. As she juggles her co-parenting responsibilities with her twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, and her infant daughter, Addie, she also struggles with her own personal issues. Leah is forced to confront her demons as she seeks help for her mental health issues, including anxiety and depression.

Throughout the episode, each of the teen moms reflect on the obstacles they have faced and the progress they have made as they continue to strive for a better future for themselves and their children. They face their fears and confront their past mistakes, as they work towards becoming better mothers and role models for their kids.

"Not Good Enough" showcases the raw and emotional journey of the teen moms as they navigate the challenges of parenthood, relationships, and personal growth. The episode highlights the strength and resilience of these young women as they continue to overcome adversity and strive for a brighter future.
