Ep 7. Headspace

Roy's storyline is humorous and relatable as he finds himself entangled in the pop culture of his nieces.

In this episode, we also witness the budding romance between Sam and Rebecca that is slowly developing. Their chemistry is evident in their brief interactions, and it's sweet to watch them getting to know each other better.

As Ted starts to take Dr. Sharon’s mental health advice seriously, he turns himself to mindfulness meditation and gains a different perspective on things happening around him. This shift allows him to be more empathetic towards Jamie and understand him in a way he never did before. Ted shows his leadership skills in this moment, setting aside past grievances to mentor Jamie on being a team player.

The episode comes to a close with a cliffhanger as we see AFC Richmond heading towards a vital match against Manchester City, and the future of the team rests on the result.
