After a full warm-up and run-through of the previous lesson, Dr Paul teaches a new movement called "Tai Chi Kicks". He introduces some variations to help you be more comfortable with the movements of your tai chi. Throughout the program, Dr Lam gives you tips and advice on how to improve your tai chi. You can practice the movements with Dr Lam at different angles, and end with cool-down exercises.

4. Lesson 3: "Balancing Four Corners"

With this lesson onwards, Dr Paul Lam begins with guiding you through full warm-up exercises, which he calls "1-2-3". After running through the movements from Lesson 2, Dr Lam teaches you a new movement called "Balancing Four Corners", a slightly more complex movement which gets easier once you get the rhythm of it. You then practice through the movements and end with cool-down exercises.

Dr Paul Lam starts with warm-up exercises and a run-through of Lesson 1. Then Dr Lam teaches a new movement, called "Fair Lady Working at the Shuttles". Throughout the program, Dr Lam explains tai chi principles. He then invites you to practice the movements with him, and ends with cool-down exercises.
