Bay and Daphne's relationship is at a standstill after their big argument at the street fair. Regina tells Daphne she will help her with her medical bills since the insurance company won't cover it. Daphne is reluctant to accept the money but ultimately agrees. Meanwhile, Emmett gets in trouble at school after trying to stick up for a friend who was getting bullied. Kathryn and John are annoyed by one of John's former colleagues who tries to give them parenting advice. Later, Bay reveals a secret to Daphne.
