In the first episode of Swamp People's 10th season, titled "Clear And Present Danger," viewers are introduced to a new group of swampers who are determined to hunt and capture the biggest gators in Louisiana. With the start of a new season, alligator hunters across the state are gearing up for the biggest hunt of the year.
Joe LaFont, one of the most experienced swampers in the business, is back for his 10th season of gator hunting. He's joined by his beloved canine companion, 'Three-legged' Willie, who has been by his side through thick and thin. LaFont prepares his boat and gear for an early morning hunt, strategizing about the best places to look for gators.
In the meantime, veteran hunters Troy Landry and his son Jacob are also prepping for the start of the season. They're looking to break their previous records and capture bigger gators than ever before. With the help of their team, they head out into the swamp in search of the biggest prey they can find.
Elsewhere, Ronnie and Ashley are two other experienced hunters hoping to reel in some big catches. They've been working together for a few years, but have yet to capture the biggest gator they've been seeking. The pressure is on for both Ronnie and Ashley to make a great catch this season, and they're determined to come out on top.
The new season of Swamp People also features some fresh faces, such as female hunter Liz and her partner, Kristi. Undertakers by trade, they're looking for a new challenge and are thrilled at the prospect of hunting alligators. They're confident in their skills and ready to take on this dangerous and thrilling adventure.
As the hunters embark on their journey, they encounter a number of obstacles, from treacherous weather conditions to mechanical breakdowns. Despite these challenges, they soldier on in their quest to hunt down the biggest and most dangerous gators. With high stakes and a fierce competition, Swamp People's 10th season is shaping up to be an exciting one.
