Hosts, Dan Churchill and Hayden Quinn are two food enthusiasts who love to hit the waves as well as the kitchen. In this episode, Dan and Hayden embark on an adventure to explore the food and landscapes of the stunning Sapphire Coast of Australia, located on the south coast of New South Wales.

He and Dan then join expert cheesemaker, Barry Irvine, who shows them how to create perfect cheese blocks.
Dan and Hayden's next stop is the Bermagui Fishermen’s Co-op, located in the picturesque village of Bermagui, known for its high-quality seafood all over the world. This great co-op deals directly with local fishermen who source fantastic, high-quality seafood caught straight from the sea. Dan and Hayden make the most of their time in Bermagui by taking a boat ride to catch their seafood, showcasing the unlimited potential of the area.
The duo then moves on to the countryside for a picturesque view of the area. They come across a local farm where Nick Huggins grows different types of vegetables - sweet corn, tomatoes, and capsicums. Dan and Hayden enjoy the farm's organic vegetables and showcase the quality of the farm's personalisation to produce for the community.
Lastly, the two head to one of the most iconic sites of the Sapphire Coast- The Big Sapphire. Dan and Hayden are thrilled to discover the hidden treasure: Pink Seaweed, where they bring together all of the wonderful ingredients they’ve procured for the day into a final, delicious seafood feast.
Throughout the show, Dan and Hayden are awestruck by the area's turquoise waters, pristine beaches, and lush green bushland, reflecting on the endless possibilities for both food and adventure.
