Ep 6. You Can't Handle the Truth

Sam and Dean investigate a case in which people are brutally assaulting each other after speaking harsh truths. They begin to suspect that the culprit is a cursed object, and visit a local pawn shop to investigate. There they meet a woman named Tracy who has purchased the object, but refuses to give it up. Meanwhile, Sam is struggling with his addiction to demon blood and hides it from Dean. As they continue to investigate, they realize that the cursed object is actually a cursed person who can compel others to tell the truth. The brothers must stop her before she causes any more harm, but Sam's addiction threatens to get in the way of their mission. Ultimately, they must confront the truth about themselves and each other.
