Batman arrives in Metropolis, as he continues his pursuit of the Joker. With smart, calculating tactics, the Joker enlists Lex Luthor's aid in his plan to solidify his criminal reign in Metropolis. As the Joker's initial plan falls apart, his alliance with Luthor becomes strained, putting Superman and Batman in precarious positions. With the aid of Superman, Batman takes on the Joker and his evil henchmen in a final showdown. The episode allows for a wonderful crossover between the two superheroes, with witty dialogue, well-crafted action, and a solid storyline. The Joker and Luthor serve as great villains, adding depth and intrigue to the plot. Fans of both Superman and Batman will enjoy this episode of the animated series.
