Ep 9. The Main Man: Part 1

Superman: The Animated Series is an American superhero animated television series that follows the adventures of the iconic DC Comics superhero, Superman. In the meantime, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are covering the story and are caught in the middle of the action when Lobo attacks the Daily Planet building. They manage to escape, but not before Lobo catches up to them. In the following scuffle, Lobo captures Lois and Jimmy and takes them as hostages.

Superman arrives at the scene and confronts Lobo. After a brief conversation, Lobo reveals that he has a personal vendetta against Superman and that he won't stop until he's achieved his goal of capturing him. The two engage in a fierce battle, but it is soon cut short when Lobo gets a call from his employer and is forced to retreat, taking Lois and Jimmy as his prisoners.

Superman realizes that he needs to find Lobo and stop him before he can harm Lois and Jimmy. He sets out to track him down, taking the help of Hawkman and Hawkgirl in the process. However, Lobo proves to be one step ahead of them at every turn and manages to outsmart them. As the episode ends, Lobo and his captives disappear, leaving Superman more determined than ever to find them and put an end to Lobo's plans.
