Superman: The Animated Series is an Emmy Award-winning animated television show that ran from 1996 to 2000. It is an adaptation of the DC Comics superhero Superman, and the show follows the adventures of Superman as he battles various villains in the fictional city of Metropolis.
In season 1, episode 28 titled "Atom Man's Flying Saucers," Superman must stop a new villain named Atom Man from wreaking havoc on the city.

Meanwhile, Atom Man continues his rampage, using his flying saucers to terrorize the city. He also kidnaps Professor Hamilton and forces him to reveal the location of his energy source.
Superman and Lois, using the device they created, track down Atom Man's flying saucer and engage him in battle. The device is able to disrupt Atom Man's powers, allowing Superman to defeat him and rescue Professor Hamilton.
The episode ends with the city thanking Superman for saving them from Atom Man's flying saucers. However, Superman is left wondering if there are other villains out there who are as powerful as Atom Man.
Overall, "Atom Man's Flying Saucers" is a thrilling episode that showcases the strengths and vulnerabilities of Superman. It also introduces a new and formidable villain for him to fight against. Fans of the Superman franchise and of animated superhero shows in general will enjoy this episode.
