Ep 7. Austerlitz

Logan receives a pre-dawn phone call from an anguished Gil, informing him that his plans to announce a new digital venture have been leaked to the press and that he is scrapping the whole project. Logan dispassionately advises him to find a new way forward, then hangs up. The next morning, all the Roys gather at the castle, awaiting Gil's announcement. When he arrives, he delivers a scathing attack on Logan, accusing him of losing his nerve on the digital venture and promising to challenge him for control at the upcoming shareholder meeting. Logan brushes it off, but Kendall is furious at how badly Gil's gambit has shaken up the family. Meanwhile, Tom is blindsided by a stunning betrayal from Frank, and Shiv surprises her family with a visit from an old acquaintance. Later, with the shareholder meeting looming, Kendall schemes to use another company of the Waystar portfolio, with Roman's help, to gain the upper hand.
