Ep 7. Aeon

After a mesmerizing sixth episode, Strange Angel season 2 is back with episode 7, titled "Aeon." In this episode, we see Jack's obsessive pursuit of the rocket turning into a dangerous obsession. Jack's addiction to the rocketry project is starting to strain his relationships with those around him.

Back at the rocketry lab, we see Jack continuing to push his team to work long hours and make big sacrifices. His obsession with the rocket is starting to impact his relationship with Susan. As the stress piles on, Jack becomes more impulsive and erratic. He lashes out at his team, and the pressure seems to be getting to him.

In a desperate attempt to find some peace, Jack seeks out Wernher von Braun, a prominent rocket scientist. He wants to learn more about propulsion systems, but von Braun seems to be more interested in talking about the dangers of the rocketry program. Jack becomes more and more frustrated as von Braun doesn't seem to be giving him the answers he wants.

At the Agape Lodge, we see the Aeonic ritual being performed. The ritual involves a number of chanting and dancing participants, and it's clear that something strange is happening. Ernest and Virgil are both in attendance, and Mesulam starts to see some strange visions. It's clear that something big is about to happen, and the episode ends with a menacing cliffhanger that will leave viewers on the edge of their seats.
