In this episode of Storage Hunters season 4 titled "Out with the Old," we follow the auction bidders as they gather at the storage facility to try to snag some valuable items. The competition is fierce as they bid against each other for the units that have been abandoned by their owners. The bidders are not allowed to enter the units to examine the items, they are only allowed to look at what's visible from the outside and make an educated guess as to what's inside.
Jesse is one of the bidders who is not afraid to take a chance. In this episode, he is determined to make a big score and decides to bid on a unit that has been untouched for years. He is convinced that it contains some antique furniture or valuable collectibles that could be worth a fortune. Despite the high bids of his competitors, Jesse manages to win the auction with his determined attitude and a bit of luck.
Next up is Brandon and Lori, a husband and wife team who have made a name for themselves in the storage auction world. They are determined to keep their winning streak going in this episode, with Brandon bidding on a unit that he is sure contains some high-end electronics. Lori, on the other hand, has her eye on a unit that she believes is full of designer clothing and accessories. As the bidding starts to heat up, it becomes clear that this particular auction is going to be fierce.
Meanwhile, T-Money, Green Mile, and Cameron are also on the hunt for some valuable items. T-Money is determined to get his hands on a vintage car that he believes might be hidden inside one of the storage units. Green Mile, who normally works alone, has teamed up with Cameron to bid on a unit that they are sure is full of sports memorabilia. As the bidding intensifies, it becomes clear that the auction is not going to be an easy win for anyone.
As the bidders begin to sort through their winnings, some of them are surprised by what they find inside. Jesse's unit turns out to be a bust, with nothing of value inside. Brandon and Lori's units both contain some valuable items, but not quite as much as they had hoped for. T-Money is disappointed to find that the vintage car he had been hoping for was just a pile of junk. However, Green Mile and Cameron manage to hit the jackpot with their unit full of sports memorabilia.
The episode ends with the bidders reflecting on their successes and failures at the auction. Although some of them have walked away with some valuable items, others have come up short. Nevertheless, they all agree that the thrill of the auction is what keeps them coming back for more. Despite the ups and downs of the storage auction world, they all remain committed to the thrill of the hunt.
