Coleman is the second episode of the first season of the American sitcom Still Standing. The episode premiered on September 29, 2002, and was directed by Gail Mancuso and written by Diane Burroughs and Joey Gutierrez.

The episode opens with Bill and Judy Miller, the parents of the Miller family, getting ready to celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary. Bill has big plans for the day, but Judy is not too thrilled about it since she thinks their marriage has become boring and dull. However, Bill is determined to make it a special day for both of them.

Meanwhile, their two eldest children, Brian and Lauren, are dealing with their own teenage issues. Brian is having trouble with his girlfriend, Rachel, and is unsure of how to handle the situation. Lauren, on the other hand, is not happy about having to wear braces and is feeling self-conscious about her appearance.

As the day progresses, Bill and Judy's plans for their anniversary go awry when they find out that their reservation at a fancy restaurant has been canceled. They end up going to a local diner instead, where they run into Coleman, a lonely old man who has been coming to the diner for years.

Feeling sorry for him, Bill and Judy invite Coleman to join them for dinner. Much to their surprise, Coleman turns out to be a great conversationalist and the three of them have a fun evening, reminiscing about their pasts and telling stories.

Meanwhile, Lauren decides to take matters into her own hands and removes her braces herself, which results in a visit to the emergency room. Brian, on the other hand, decides to break up with Rachel but ends up getting back together with her.

Back at the diner, the Millers discover that Coleman is a retired musician who used to play the saxophone. Judy encourages him to pick up his old instrument again, and Coleman happily obliges, playing a beautiful jazz rendition of "All of Me."

As the night comes to an end, Bill and Judy learn that their marriage is not as boring as they thought and that they still have a lot of love and passion left in their relationship. They also realize that sometimes the most unexpected moments in life can turn out to be the most memorable.

Overall, Coleman is a heartwarming episode that showcases the importance of making the most out of every moment, regardless of what life throws your way. It also highlights the importance of family, love, and community in our lives.
