Steven Universe season 3 episode 7 is a double feature consisting of the episodes "Onion Friend" and "Historical Friction".
In "Onion Friend", Steven visits his longtime friend Onion at his family's farm and discovers that Onion has a secret underground hideout filled with strange objects and artifacts. However, when he discovers that the play's director is none other than Jamie, who has a less-than-stellar reputation as an actor and director, Steven begins to worry that the play will be a disaster. As he tries to help Jamie improve his performance and bring the play to life, Steven begins to learn more about the history of Beach City and the struggles that its founders faced.
