The third challenge is called "Spill Your Guts," and it's a doozy. The athletes are suspended upside down from a height of 30 feet and must traverse a series of dangling barrels and ropes without falling into a pool of water below. To make matters worse, the competitors must also use their strength to pull themselves back up to the starting platform after each barrel, meaning their grip and upper body strength will be put to the test.
The fourth and final challenge of "Snooze You Lose" is called "Naughty Strings," and it's as devious as it sounds. The competitors must crawl under a series of ropes suspended over a pool of water, but the ropes are attached to weighted balls that will hit them in the face if they're not careful. To make matters worse, the athletes are blindfolded and must rely solely on their sense of touch and spatial awareness to navigate the obstacle.
As always, the challenges in "Snooze You Lose" are designed to test each athlete's physical and mental toughness, as well as their ability to adapt to unexpected obstacles and setbacks. The competitors will need to rely on their training, their instincts, and their sheer willpower in order to make it to the end and claim the coveted title of Broken Skull Challenge champion.
