Ep 16. Last Stand

SG-1 returns to P2X-338 to retrieve the mining device SG-1 found and used to try and extinct the Bugs. Upon arrival at the planet, the team finds themselves back in the middle of a raging war. SG-1 is forced to take cover and call for backup while they wait for a chance to retrieve the device and escape the planet.

During their stay on the planet, they encounter a group of natives that are familiar with the Stargate and begin to build a relationship with them. They learn that the planet was once home to a region of advanced technology known as the Atanik Armband, which was used to create a powerful weapon that could destroy entire fleets of ships at once. The Atanik Armband was invented by a group of scientists who were able to use it to bring peace to the planet.

The team discovers that a group of rebels, known as the Kresh'taa, are using the Atanik Armband to wage war against the natives and have been taking over the planet. The Kresh'taa are using the armband to power their ships and weapons, and to control the minds of their enemies.

SG-1 joins forces with the natives to take down the Kresh'taa and save the planet from destruction. They devise a plan to infiltrate the Kresh'taa stronghold and destroy the Atanik Armband. SG-1 manages to successfully infiltrate the stronghold, but they discover that the Kresh'taa have created a massive shield around the armband, making it almost impossible to destroy.

The team takes a last stand to try and destroy the shield, knowing that doing so will come at a massive cost. The Kresh'taa launch a massive attack on SG-1, and the team is forced to fight for their lives. They desperately attempt to break through the shield, knowing that time is running out.

With the fate of the planet in the balance, SG-1 works tirelessly to bring down the shield and destroy the Atanik Armband. The team rallies together in a last-ditch effort, fighting off waves of attackers.

In the end, SG-1 succeeds in destroying the armband, and the Kresh'taa are left powerless, allowing the natives to reclaim their planet. SG-1 and the natives share an emotional goodbye before returning home, knowing that they have saved an entire planet from certain doom.
