Ep 12. Tangent

SG-1 take an alien spaceship for a test flight, but it develops a mind of its own and refuses to return to Earth. As they are in space, they come across a series of asteroids and Teal'c is injured by a small fragment. They manage to make their way to a nearby mining planet where they are taken in by a group of refugees who are trying to make a living in an inhospitable environment. Meanwhile, Air Force officials on Earth try to get the errant ship back home, and Hammond sends a risky mission to rescue the team.
