As the title suggests, "100th Episode: Missing in Action" is the 100th episode of the animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The episode opens with a group of Republic soldiers fighting on the planet of Abafar during the Clone Wars. One soldier, a clone named Gregor, gets separated from his comrades and is presumed dead.
However, we learn that Gregor did survive and has lost his memory. He is living and working as a dishwasher in a diner on Abafar. While he has no memory of his past or his identity, he has a feeling that he is not where he truly belongs.
Meanwhile, the Republic receives intelligence that a Separatist combat module is located on Abafar and they need to destroy it. Captain Rex, Commander Cody, and Jedi Knight Kanan Jarrus are sent on a secret mission to find and destroy the module.
When they arrive on Abafar, they meet a local named Borkus who taunts them and tells them that there are no Separatists on the planet. While searching for the combat module, Rex and Cody stumble upon the diner where Gregor works. They soon realize that he is a lost clone and try to convince him to join them on their mission. However, Gregor has no memory of his life as a clone and refuses to join them.
Kanan, who has been masquerading as a drifter, persuades Gregor to come with them by posing as a potential business partner. Gregor ultimately agrees to come along and begins to remember more about his former life as they travel to the Separatist base.
Once they arrive at the base, they encounter a group of droids that they need to defeat in order to reach the combat module. During the battle, Gregor recalls his training as a soldier and starts to fight alongside Rex and Cody. They ultimately succeed in destroying the combat module and escaping the planet.
In the end, Gregor decides to join the Republic army once again and regain his identity as a clone trooper. The episode concludes with a touching moment where his former comrades welcome him back with open arms.
