Ep 16. Workforce: Part 2

Janeway and Chakotay continue their quest to restore the memories of the crew of the USS Voyager. Their efforts lead them to a factory where they believe many of their lost crewmates are working. They soon discover that these workers are being exploited and enslaved by the Kradin, a race that has locked Voyager's crewmates in a virtual reality work simulation and erased their memories.

Janeway and Chakotay must navigate the complex web of lies and power plays within the Kradin society in order to rescue their crew. Meanwhile, the Voyager crew within the simulation are beginning to remember their past lives and question their current reality.

As Janeway and Chakotay delve deeper into the Kradin's plans, they begin to uncover disturbing truths about their captors and must devise a risky plan to free their crewmates and escape the planet.

In the gripping conclusion of this two-part episode, the Voyager crew must work together to overcome unimaginable obstacles and reclaim their memories and freedom.
