Ep 9. The Voyager Conspiracy

After seven years in the Delta Quadrant, the crew of the starship Voyager is getting increasingly restless. Lieutenant Commander Tuvok, the ship's Vulcan security officer, has been working on a project to catalog all of the information gathered during their journey, hoping to make sense of it all and possibly find a way back home. When he shares his findings with Seven of Nine, the former Borg drone who has become a valuable member of the Voyager crew, she becomes convinced that there is a vast conspiracy to keep them stranded in the Delta Quadrant, and sets about trying to uncover the truth.

The episode opens with Seven of Nine in the ship's Astrometrics lab, poring over Tuvok's records. She notices a number of discrepancies in the data, and starts to suspect that someone -- or something -- is deliberately manipulating the information.
