Ep 18. Business as Usual

Quark, the Ferengi bar owner on Deep Space Nine, is approached by a shady arms dealer named Hagath who invites him to participate in a weapons trade. Despite his reservations about the morality of the business, Quark agrees to go along with the deal for the promise of a big payout. Things quickly spiral out of control, however, when the deal is disrupted by a group of rebels who are plotting to overthrow the oppressive government on their home planet. As the situation becomes more dangerous, Quark must decide whether to stick to his original plan and make a profit or to side with the rebels and do what he believes is right. Meanwhile, Commander Sisko and his crew must deal with the aftermath of the weapons trade and try to stop the rebels from carrying out their violent plans. "Business as Usual" explores themes of morality, greed, and the consequences of one's actions in a world where business and politics are often intertwined.
