He explores the Greek theater, the Roman amphitheater, and the Ear of Dionysus, a cave-like structure with incredible acoustics. He also meets with a local fisherman who takes him out to sea to catch some fish, which they then cook up on the beach for a delicious seafood lunch.
Stanley then travels to the stunning town of Taormina, located on the east coast of Sicily. With its charming cobblestone streets and picturesque views of the Mediterranean, Taormina is a popular destination for tourists. Stanley visits one of the town's most famous landmarks, the ancient Greek theater, and learns about its history and significance. He also indulges in some tasty Sicilian desserts, including granita, a delicious and refreshing icy treat made with fruit and sugar.
In the final leg of his journey, Stanley heads to the town of Modica, known for its delicious chocolate. He visits a local chocolate maker who shows him the traditional process of making Modica's famous chocolate, which involves grinding cocoa beans with sugar and spices on a stone slab. Stanley also explores the beautiful Baroque architecture of the town and tries some of its local cuisine, including pasta with sardines and fava bean puree.
