Stan Lee's SuperHumans is a fascinating show that explores some of the most extraordinary humans on the planet, who have developed seemingly superhuman abilities through years of dedication, training, and practice. Another human shield we meet is a man named Mike, who has developed an incredible ability to withstand the force of a speeding car. Mike grew up in a family of mechanics, spending most of his youth working on cars and learning about their inner workings. As he got older, he began to develop an interest in using his body to withstand the force of a car crash. He spent years perfecting his technique, withstanding increasingly violent impacts until he could take the force of a car traveling at high speeds without any significant injuries.
As the episode progresses, we see how the human shields push their bodies to the limit, testing their abilities against various types of impacts, including punches, kicks, car crashes, and even explosions. We see their training regimens, which involve hours of grueling work and intense physical conditioning.
