In No Free Rides, Mrs. Puff, SpongeBob's driving instructor, gives him free lessons throughout the year in return for him being in her good graces. However, SpongeBob has failed every driving test that Mrs. Puff gave him and still continues to disrupt traffic in Bikini Bottom. When Mrs. Puff hands him a diploma and officially graduates him, SpongeBob becomes excited, believing that he is now a licensed driver. However, Mrs. Puff reveals that the diploma is just a "scare tactic" and asks SpongeBob to leave her boating school as soon as possible. SpongeBob becomes heartbroken and begs Mrs. Puff to stay with him when she realizes that SpongeBob was the only student who never gave up on her. In the end, Mrs. Puff agrees to endure one more lesson with him, but the results are not what anyone hoped for.
In I'm Your Biggest Fanatic, SpongeBob and Patrick attend an annual jellyfish convention, where they encounter other enthusiasts who are also passionate about jellyfish. Among the fans, there is a giant jellyfish named Ol' Blue who is said to be incredibly dangerous. SpongeBob and Patrick are tempted to catch the jellyfish, but they soon realize that they have a fierce competition with an obsessed fan named Kevin, who will do anything to catch the jellyfish and win the title of the ultimate jellyfish hunter. After hours of battling each other, SpongeBob and Kevin discover that Ol' Blue had a family and only wanted to find them, so they help him. In the end, SpongeBob and Kevin decide to put their rivalry aside and share the hobby they love.
