Ep 1. Spot Returns/The Check-Up

SpongeBob SquarePants season 11 episode 1 is titled "Spot Returns/The Check-Up." In the first segment, "Spot Returns," SpongeBob is excited to be reunited with his long-lost pet jellyfish, Spot. However, Spot has grown significantly larger and more mischievous since they last saw each other, causing chaos throughout Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob must figure out how to tame his beloved pet once again before it's too late.

In the second segment, "The Check-Up," SpongeBob and Squidward are scheduled for their annual employee check-ups at the Krusty Krab. While SpongeBob breezes through his check-up with flying colors, Squidward is diagnosed with numerous ailments by Dr. Gill Gilliam, much to his dismay. Squidward's newfound hypochondria causes chaos in the Krusty Krab kitchen, and it's up to SpongeBob to find a cure for his friend's imaginary illnesses.

Throughout both segments, viewers are treated to the usual brand of SpongeBob humor and physical comedy, as well as heartwarming moments between the show's iconic characters. "Spot Returns/The Check-Up" is a great start to season 11 of this beloved animated series.
