Ep 20. Hooky/Mermaid Man II

The duo dresses up in costume to fight "crime" in Bikini Bottom but their bravado leads to more chaos. SpongeBob, unable to differentiate between real life and a superhero comic book, wreaks havoc on unsuspecting citizens. Their antics become increasingly dangerous, and they soon find themselves in the midst of a real battle with a villain named the Dirty Bubble, who is actually just a soapy bubble escaped from a nearby laundromat. During the action-packed battle, SpongeBob and Patrick realize that their hero-worship had gotten the best of them and that their actions must be more thoughtful than they know.
