Ep 19. Fools In April/Neptune's Spatula

In the "Fools In April" episode of SpongeBob SquarePants season 1, SpongeBob plays pranks on all of his friends for April Fools' Day. However, his pranking goes too far and he ends up hurting their feelings. Feeling guilty, SpongeBob decides to make it up to them by throwing a party and presenting them with gifts. While all of his friends forgive him, they also decide to prank him back.

In the "Neptune's Spatula" episode, SpongeBob participates in a cooking competition for the prize of King Neptune's spatula. Despite being teased and belittled by his opponent, SpongeBob manages to create a delicious Krabby Patty. However, when the judges cannot decide on a winner, King Neptune arrives and declares that the true test of a chef is their ability to fry an egg. SpongeBob succeeds in this challenge and wins the competition, but ultimately decides to give the spatula back to King Neptune as a sign of respect for his authority.
