Small but Mighty / Washed Away is the tenth episode of the first season of the animated preschool series Splash and Bubbles. The show follows the adventures of Splash, a yellow fusilier fish, and his best friend Bubbles, a Mandarin dragonet, and their friends in the colorful undersea world of Reeftown.
In the first part of the episode, Small but Mighty, the gang meets a tiny new friend named Zee, a female bristle worm who proves that size doesn't matter when it comes to making a difference. When Zee sees a larger sea star stuck in the rocks, she uses her bristles to save the star and teach everyone that they too can make a big impact despite their size. Zee is the smallest member of the group, but her bravery and resourcefulness help the team realize that everyone has something special to contribute.
In the second part of the episode, Washed Away, the group discovers that their home in Reeftown might not be as safe as they thought. A big storm rolls in, causing huge waves and stirring up debris that threatens to damage their homes. The friends work together to create a plan to save their homes and figure out how to prepare for future storms. They learn that preparedness is important, but not to lose hope when things don't go according to plan.
Throughout the episode, Splash and Bubbles learn many valuable lessons about cooperation, resourcefulness, and the importance of taking care of their environment. They also learn that some of the best friends can come in the smallest sizes. The show is highly educational and promotes positive values such as teamwork, kindness, and courage while introducing young viewers to a variety of different aquatic animals and their habitats.
Overall, Small but Mighty / Washed Away is a fun and engaging episode that both children and adults can enjoy. With its vibrant animation, catchy music, and lovable characters, Splash and Bubbles continues to be a hit with preschool audiences and their families.
