Ep 1. The Man Fell to Earth

In the season 1 premiere episode of Spirited titled "The Man Fell to Earth," audiences are introduced to the show's main character, Suzy Darling (played by Claudia Karvan). Suzy is a successful dentist who is married to her high school sweetheart, Steve Darling (played by Rodger Corser), and has two young children. Meanwhile, Steve and their children are dealing with the aftermath of Suzy's accident and struggling to keep their home life together.

Throughout the episode, Suzy's mental state is depicted as fragile and precarious, with the reality of her situation constantly shifting and uncertain. The show blends elements of humor, drama, and fantasy to create a unique and emotionally resonant experience for viewers.
