Using his spy gadget "The Plate-O-Matic," Oso helps Jorge understand the importance of each plate and how to properly set a formal dining table. Through his Three Special Steps, Oso teaches Jorge how to be a gracious host, and Jorge successfully sets a beautiful table for his parents' party.
